Scheduling - M&M Machine Service, Inc. utilizes a automated scheduling system to insure efficient, on-time deliveries. Each job is scheduled and tracked through the entire manufacturing process.
CNC Programming - Our experienced CNC programmers use several Pentium class computers with "SmartCAM" systems to produce CNC machining instuctions, and a "Shop Link" D.N.C. system to transmit those instuctions to the appropriate machine at just the right time.
Quality Assurance - Nothing leaves our plant without first receiving the approval of our Quality Assurance Dept. This stand-alone department is guided by a full-time professional staff that ensures we meet not only our expectations, but your expectations and blueprint specifications. We are committed to quality management improvement and ISO 9001-2000 audited and certified. Our inspection equipment is routinely calibrated with reference standards set by the National Bureau of Standards.
